Goals, Audiences, and Planning Information
Define a Useful Outcome
Consider conversations, qualified contacts, demonstrations, appointments, bookings, sales, revenue, or return on investment. Select only the measures that help your organization judge the show.
Identify Priority Audiences
Potential audiences include dive travelers, retailers, educators, photo and video professionals, public-safety participants, conservation partners, and other members of the dive community.
Use Exhibitor Documents
Exhibitor documents and show communications provide important information and dates. The Decorator Kit describes tables, electric service, and other items that can be ordered for your booth. It also describes shipping requirements and will be available closer to the show.
Plan Shipping and Travel
Confirm labels, delivery instructions, material-handling requirements, lodging, transportation, and staff arrival times. Record shipping tracking numbers, and review the Welcome Letter when it arrives for current check-in and setup instructions. Keep shipping instructions, service orders, travel details, and lodging reservations accessible.
